Refund policy 

*3-Day Return Window*   

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All products are thoroughly quality-checked before shipping—please reject any parcel that arrives open or damaged.

*Eligibility for Returns*

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

*How to Initiate a Return*  

Email us at support@itsleversi.com to start the process. Returns must be shipped to: KHASARA NO. 94/21/2/2, 22/3 (0-5), Krishna House, Janti Road, Mahadev Market Gali No. 3, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana – 131028.  
We do not accept unsolicited returns. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Note: Sale items are not eligible for returns.

*Return Fees*  

A non-refundable fee of ₹200 must be paid in advance via a payment link we’ll share. Additionally, 2% + GST will be deducted from your refund as payment gateway charges.

*Damages and Issues*

Inspect your order on arrival. If you notice defects, damage, or the wrong item, contact us right away at support@itsleversi.com so we can resolve it promptly.

*Non-Returnable Items*  

We cannot accept returns on perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Reach out with questions about your item.

*Exchanges*  

Exchanges are available only for size issues—not color or design. Message our executive on WhatsApp at 9810584293 for assistance; they’ll guide you through a smooth process. A ₹200 fee applies, payable in advance via a shared payment link. Note: We reject open or damaged parcels, as all items are pre-quality-checked.

*Refunds*

Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing may add extra time). If 15+ business days pass without posting, email support@itsleversi.com.
