What information do we collect?

How it is used 

The Personal Information so collected may be shared with SEBI/ NSE/ BSE, KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) etc. solely for the purpose of processing your transaction requests or serving you better.

If your account has been inactive for a reasonable period of time, we will delete the account and all of its content. You will receive a notice prior to us deleting your content to allow you to activate your account again or retrieve any data that you would like to retrieve. 

Please note that we may hold anonymized data, that at one point originated from you, but as the data is truly anonymized it no longer constitutes personal data, and we can keep it for as long as it is relevant to our business purposes. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT STORE CERTAIN INFORMATION ON OUR SERVERS, INCLUDING PASSWORDS, BANK DETAILS AND OTHER SENSITIVE AND/OR FINANCIAL DETAILS. THE SAME SHALL ONLY BE STORED ON THE USER’S DEVICE AND MAY NOT BE RECOVERED IN CASE THE DEVICE IS CHANGED, LOST OR BROKEN.

What choices do you have? 

1) You can add, correct, update, modify or review your Personal Information on a regular basis. However, whenever you update information, we usually keep a copy of the previous version for our records.

3) You can choose to not provide your Personal Information or consent for usage of your Personal Information, and you can subsequently withdraw your consent or ask for deletion of your Personal Information. In such a case, we will no longer be entitled to continue with the data processing in question (unless there is another legal basis for processing). However, this might not allow you to take full advantage of the features of our Platform.
